Plot
Scream 2 is set a two years after the first and Sidney
Prescott is back yet again under the threat of Ghostface. This time she
has graduated from High School and is making a fresh start at college,
bringing new friends into a world of terror.
Gale Weathers has cashed in on the untimely deaths
by writing a book, The Woodsboro Murders based upon what happened in the
first movie, which turned into a number one bestseller. Due to it's popularity,
it is turned into a movie, Stab, and this is being played at a cinema in
the opening of the movie. The murders are triggered when Stab is released.
Dewey Riley is also back after nearly getting
killed at Stu Macher's house, and has left the Police Force. He turns up
at Sidney's college after hearing of the first two murders, he again gets
roped into Ghostface's game and is attacked again.
A copycat killer is on the loose as the murders
are very similar to the old Woodsboro tragedies, it has begun again...
